The 1994 Rome Masters is an ATP tournament held in Rome, Italy. The tournament was held May 9-16.

Pete Sampras won his 7th title of the year, and 28th of his career. Conchita Martinez won her 2nd title of the year, and 18th of her career. It was the second win for Conchita Martinez at Rome.
