The AWA African Heavyweight Championship[1] is a professional wrestling championship in the South African professional wrestling promotion Africa Wrestling Alliance, contested exclusively among Heavyweight (>=110 kg (240 lb)) wrestlers. It was created in January 1990. Shaun Koen has had the longest and most dominant reigns.
