Awareness Muscle is a art format project by Thierry Geoffroy.
The project Awareness Muscle has been activated in Copenhagen and the Blackwood Gallery, Toronto.
The mechanisms of this format art piece is always the same disregarding time and place - following the principals of format art. Awareness Muscle uses the act of physical training as a metaphor of training the consciousness and ability of critical thinking, of the participant.
