Charles Thomas "Chuck" Crist (born January 16, 1951, in Salamanca, New York) is a former professional American football player. He played as a safety in the National Football League for the New York Giants, New Orleans Saints, and the San Francisco 49ers. He played college basketball at Penn State University.
