Clodagh (pronunciation: Clo-da) is a female given name, which comes from Ireland.
It comes from the river Clody, which goes through the Irish county of County Tipperary and through County Wexford. Like many rivers in Ireland it is named after a female deity. Clodagh is a popular name in this part of Ireland although it is not very popular in the rest of the country or the world.
