"Election Day Part II" is episode 149 of The West Wing. It is set during the 2006 election. Matt Santos wins the election by a narrow margin, despite the death of his running mate Leo McGarry. As soon as Santos wins, Vinick's team put pressure on him to call in the lawyers, but Vinick won't do it.
