Eleutherodactylus casparii is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Cuba. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, plantations , rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, and introduced vegetation. It is threatened by habitat loss.
