Emer'gen-C is a dietary supplement drink mix which is sold as an energy booster. It contains more than 1000% of the USDA recommended daily allowance of vitamin C, 416% of the recommended vitamin B12 daily value, and 500% of the recommended vitamin B6 value based on a 2000 calorie diet. Some flavors also add calcium or lycopene.

Emer'gen-C is very often used during the winter because of the spread of the common cold. Loading on vitamins B and C has been hypothesized to help fight off the common cold.
