Emmanuel Osei Kuffour (born April 6, 1976) is a Ghanaian football player who, as of 2007, was playing for Asante Kotoko.
He was part of the Ghanaian 2000 and 2002 African Nations Cup teams. He also featured at the 1996 Summer Olympics.
