"F.R.E.S.H." was first second released off Scribe's second studio solo album, Rhymebook. It was released on September 8th, 2007 and debuted at #30 on the ARIA music chart. The song contains a sample from Fresh 3 MC's 1983 single "FRESH".
"F.R.E.S.H." stands for "Forever Rhyming Eternally Saving Hiphop"

The official video has been on high rotation in New Zealand since its début in August. At the end of the video is a short snippet of his first NZ release, My Shit. This is similar to the end of the My Shit video which features a snippet of F.R.E.S.H.
