Footsie Blair

Clarence Vick "Footsie" Blair (July 13, 1900 in Enterprise, Texas - July 1, 1982 in Texarkana, Texas), was a professional baseball player who played second baseman in the Major Leagues from 1929-1931. He would play for the Chicago Cubs.
