Goodmans LLP is a leading Canadian corporate law firm with offices in Toronto and Vancouver. It is considered one of the "seven sisters" of Bay Street, a group consisting of the top tier of law firms in Toronto, Canada. Goodmans is known across Canada and internationally as a premier transactions law firm. First established in Toronto in 1917 by David Bertram Goodman, Goodmans LLP now has approximately 200 lawyers. The firm acts for Canada's largest corporations, financial institutions and multinationals, while at the same time honouring its roots in client and community service.
Among Goodmans' lawyers are some of the most highly respected lawyers in Canada.
