Qari Tayyeb Qasmi ( Rahmatullah Alaih ) was the grand son of Maulana Muhammed Qasim Nanautwi(Founder of Darul Uloom of Deoband).He was the Vice Chancelor (Mohtamim) of Deoband also. He was very famous for speeches. He died in 1984 in Deoband
