Thomas ("Tom") Sean McBreen (born August 31, 1952) is a former freestyle swimmer from the United States, who won the bronze medal in the Men's 400m Freestyle at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, West Germany.
He currently practices family medicine in Ventura, California.
