The Colorado election was held on 7 November 2006, with all seven House seats up for election. The winners will serve from 3 January 2007 to 3 January 2009.

- Diana DeGette (D) - Incumbent
- Tom Kelly (G)
Diana DeGette won the 2006 election with 79.77% of the vote, and the Republican party did not field a candidate against her.

- Mark Udall (D) - Incumbent
- Rich Mancuso (R)
Mark Udall won with 68.24% of the vote in 2006 versus 28.31% for Mancuso.

- John Salazar (D) - Incumbent
- Scott Tipton (R)
John Salazar won reelection with 61.59% of the vote versus 36.55% for Tipton.

- Marilyn Musgrave (R) - Incumbent
- Angie Paccione (D)
- Eric Eidsness (Ref)
Marilyn Musgrave won a close reelection with 45.61% of the vote. Her Democratic opponent Paccione received 43.12%.

- Doug Lamborn (R)
- Jay Fawcett (D)
Lamborn won with 59.62% of the vote. His challenger, Jay Fawcett, received 40.35% of the vote.

- Bill Winter (D)
Tancredo was reelected with 58.61% of the vote. His opponent, Winter, received 39.87% of the vote.

- Ed Perlmutter (D)
In a nationally watched swing district, Perlmutter won the seat formerly held by Republican Rep. Bob Beauprez with 54.93% of the vote. O'Donnell received 42.06% of the vote.
